What is a credit?
One credit equals one minute of speech analysis. A 5-minute speech costs 5 credits. Credits reset monthly on your billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.
What happens when beta ends?
Beta users who subscribe will keep their beta price for as long as their subscription remains active. New users after beta will pay the regular price.
What is Presence analysis?
When you upload a video, our AI analyses your facial expressions, gestures, posture, eye contact, and body language to evaluate your visual impact.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your recordings are processed in the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest, and automatically deleted after analysis. We never share your data.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
All plans include EU data processing, GDPR compliance, and automatic recording deletion.
